Protein shakes made with water and powder alone are thin and taste of the powder. Avocado and yoghurt fix both problems at once.
The figure below assumes a scoop of whey or a plant blend at about 24 g protein per 30 g. Check your own tub — they vary a lot.

Add the milk and yoghurt to the blender first, then the powder — powder against the blade clumps.
Add the avocado, banana, peanut butter, cinnamon and ice.
Blend on high for 60 seconds. Protein powder needs longer than fruit to fully disperse.
Check for grittiness; if it is there, blend another 20 seconds rather than adding liquid.
Pour and drink within a few minutes, while it is still cold and aerated.
Estimated per serving from the ingredient quantities above. Treat these as a guide, not a measurement — ripeness, brands and portioning all shift the numbers.
Drink immediately. Protein powder thickens the mixture further as it sits, and after an hour it is closer to a pudding.
Roughly 42 g with a 24 g-per-scoop powder and Greek yoghurt. Your own numbers depend on your powder — check the label rather than trusting this estimate.
Yes. Use 250 g of Greek yoghurt instead of 150 g and add a tablespoon of milk powder; that lands around 28 g.
It is a filling drink either way. We do not make performance claims — that depends on your overall diet and training.
