What we ask of every partner farm
These are working commitments, not certifications. We describe what farmers actually do, and we say so plainly when something cannot be verified.
Soil first
Compost, mulch and green cover to build soil life instead of depleting it season after season.
Responsible watering
Measured, mostly drip-based irrigation, with rainwater harvesting where the plot allows.
No synthetic weedicides
Weed pressure is managed by mulching, intercropping and hand work on the plots we source from.
Fair, direct terms
Farmers are paid directly for the trees they raise, with the growing timeline set by them, not by us.
What we will and will not claim
Our farmers grow using organic methods and natural farming practices. We do not hold blanket certification across every plot, so we will never describe a tree as “100% organic” or attach a label we cannot stand behind. We also make no health or medical claims about avocados — we would rather earn your trust slowly.
