Terms & rental agreement

A summary of what you are agreeing to when you rent a tree from MyAvocadoTree.

What the rental covers

A rental gives you possession and use of one living avocado tree for the agreed term, along with delivery in a serviced area and ongoing care support from our team.

Ownership of the tree remains with MyAvocadoTree and its partner farm unless a separate purchase is agreed in writing.

Your responsibilities

After delivery, day-to-day care sits with you: watering, light, drainage and protection from extreme conditions. We provide a care guide and seasonal reminders to make this straightforward.

Please tell us promptly if the tree shows signs of stress. Early notice usually means a fixable problem.

Term and renewal

Plans run for twelve months from the delivery date and can be renewed. We will contact you before the term ends with renewal, purchase or collection options.

Availability and change

Trees are living plants grown on partner farms. Variety, age, height and delivery timing are indicative and may change if the farm judges a tree is not ready to travel.

We make no health or medical claims about avocados, and we describe growing practices rather than assert certifications we cannot verify.

This page is a plain-language summary provided for transparency. Rental terms, pricing, tree availability and delivery timelines are subject to change, and the signed rental agreement issued at booking is the binding document.
