We deliver only where a partner farm and a workable route exist. Current regions are listed on the homepage; other areas can join the waitlist.

Timelines

Most deliveries are scheduled within two to four weeks of a confirmed booking. Timing depends on the farm's readiness, the weather and the route.

If the farmer judges the tree is not ready, we move your window rather than dispatch a tree that will struggle. You will always be told why.

Arrival day

Your tree arrives potted, with the root ball intact and the canopy protected. Someone should be available to receive it, and we will help identify a suitable spot for light and drainage.

Please inspect the tree on arrival and tell us the same day if anything looks wrong.
