Included
What the fee covers
- A real, living grafted avocado tree, already grown on at a partner farm — not a seedling and not a cutting
- Its container and growing medium, prepared for drainage rather than generic potting soil
- Delivery and placement within our live service areas, with the position checked for light and drainage
- A handover on arrival — what to do in week one and what normal settling-in looks like
- Ongoing care guidance for the whole term, including photo-based diagnosis when something looks wrong
- Our continued responsibility for the tree's health, including replacement where a tree fails outside your control
- Seasonal guidance ahead of the pressure points — peak summer heat and monsoon drainage
Plan differences
Plans vary mainly by the age and size of the tree you receive and the depth of support. The plans page has the current specifics.
Not included
- Guaranteed fruit by a specific date. Fruiting depends on the tree's age, variety and your conditions. Anyone promising a date is guessing.
- Damage from neglect. A tree left unwatered for weeks or moved into deep shade is a different situation from a tree that failed on its own.
- Structural work. Building a planter, waterproofing a terrace or reinforcing a balcony is yours.
- Permanent ground planting, unless we have agreed it specifically. Rental trees are normally container trees so they can be recovered.
- Delivery outside live service areas. We do not ship a tree somewhere we cannot support it.

Is the pot included with the rental?
Yes. The tree arrives in a container with a growing medium chosen for drainage, which is the property most likely to keep an avocado alive.
Is delivery charged separately?
Delivery and placement within our live service areas are part of the service. We do not deliver into areas we cannot support, so there is no long-distance shipping option.
What if the tree does not fruit?
Fruiting is not guaranteed on a timeline, because it depends on the tree's age, variety and your growing conditions. What is included is our responsibility for keeping the tree healthy while it is with you.
